How it Works
Pediatric Concierge Care is designed to make caring for your child simpler and more personal. Families join through a membership model that allows for easier access, unrushed visits, and care that fits into real family life. From enrollment to ongoing support, everything is built around convenience, communication, and continuity.
1. Join the Practice
Families enroll through a simple membership model. Membership allows us to limit the number of patients we serve, so we can offer more time, easier access, and more personalized care for your child. Once enrolled, you will receive access to our secure members area.
2. Get Set Up
Once enrolled, families gain access to the Members Area, including onboarding materials, contact information, and text message access to request care (in person or via telemedicine when appropriate). After sign up, Chris will reach out to welcome you and schedule an initial visit with your family.
3. Access Care When You Need It
Visits can take place in your home or through telemedicine when appropriate. As a subscriber, scheduling is simple. Send a text anytime to request a callback during business hours, and we will return your call as soon as possible. If available outside of business hours, we will try to reach out outside of hours too. For privacy, please do not include medical details in text messages. You can share your concerns during the call.
This approach helps your family avoid long waits at urgent care or the emergency department for non-emergency concerns.
4. Personalized, Relationship-Based Care
Care is provided by a Nurse Practitioner who takes time to listen, answer questions, and focus on your child as an individual. Because we work with a smaller patient panel, visits are not rushed and communication is more direct.
5. Ongoing Support
Members can schedule visits, access information, and manage their membership through the members area. Our goal is to provide consistent, reliable care that fits into busy family life.
What Concierge Care Is (and Isn’t)
Pediatric Concierge Care does not replace emergency services. For life-threatening emergencies, families should always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Concierge care is designed to improve access, convenience, and continuity for everyday pediatric needs.
