Care during weekends and holidays is limited to urgent needs.

Overnight Coverage

9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

During overnight hours, families should seek emergency care by calling 911 or visiting the nearest emergency department.

In-Home Visits

Same-day in-home visits are not guaranteed and depend on medical urgency and provider availability.

After-hours in-home visits may incur additional fees.

School-Year vs. Summer Scheduling

• School Year: Priority is given to sick visits

• Summer Months: Greater flexibility for physicals, camp forms, and travel-related visits

Newborn Concierge Add-On

Designed for families with newborns 0–3 months of age, this optional add-on provides:

• High-touch access

• Priority scheduling

• Additional guidance during the newborn period
