What is Pediatric Concierge Care (PCC)?
Pediatric Concierge Care is a membership-based pediatric care option designed for busy families. We offer convenient access to care, including in-home visits and telemedicine when appropriate, as an alternative to urgent care, emergency department visits, or hard-to-book same-day pediatric office appointments.
Are you currently accepting new pediatric patients?
Yes. Pediatric Concierge Care is accepting new pediatric patients beginning January 1, 2026.
What ages do you serve?
We serve children from birth through age 18. Membership pricing is based on the number of children ages 0–18 in the household.
Do we need to switch pediatricians?
No. One of the benefits of Pediatric Concierge Care is that families can keep their existing pediatrician. PCC is designed to complement, not replace, your child’s primary care provider.
What are the benefits of membership?
Membership benefits include:

Member Pricing for Same-day or next-day in-person urgent care visits ($75 / visit)

Personalized, unrushed care. Many in-home visits are scheduled for 1 hour minimum.

Reduced reliance on urgent care and emergency departments.

Access to 'Follow My Health' APP, linking you to your child's medical information and access to HIPAA compliant direct messaging.

Access to Member Page and Member only blogs for regular pediatric health updates.
How quickly can my child be seen?

In most cases, PCC Members will have access to same-day or next-day in-person or telehealth visits, depending on availability and urgency.

We will always make every attempt to have your child seen as quickly as possible.
Do you offer telemedicine?

Yes. Telemedicine visits are available when clinically appropriate.

Members have access to discounted pricing on Telehealth visits and can be booked by logging into the Member's Logon area on the main page.
How much does membership cost?
Monthly membership pricing is as follows:

1 Child: $25/ month

Do you bill insurance? Can we use an HSA or FSA accounts?
Pediatric Concierge Care does not bill insurance. However, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments are accepted, making it easier for many families to use pre-tax funds for care.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Member appointments can be canceled or rescheduled using the online booking system.

Who is the medical provider?
Pediatric Concierge Care is owned and operated locally by Christopher Coulter, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC. Chris a Paramedic and Nurse Practitioner with experience in pediatric primary care, emergency medicine, flight nursing, and pre-hospital emergency care.
Where are you located?
Pediatric Concierge Care serves families in the Roanoke, Virginia area, including Salem and Vinton.
We do not (yet) have a brick and mortar office.
How does my PCP get my medical information after being seen by PCC?
All patients at PCC have access to their charts available via an app called "Follow My Health." It is the ultimate responsibility of the parent or guardian to make the chart available to any additional medical providers who may request them.
This can easily be preformed within the app.
Is PCC offering Primary Care?
At this time, PCC is focused on delivering urgent care and home medical care only. We hope to offer this service in the near future.
Does PCC offer vaccinations?
PCC does not offer vaccinations at this time.
What kinds of testing do you provide at visits?
We currently are able to test for Strep A, Influenza A & B, and Covid.
We also offer glucose testing, urinalysis, urine drug screening. In the near future we hope to provide bloodwork including CBC, CMP, A1C, Alpha Gal, Lyme disease, RMSF, and other laboratory tests as well. Patients needing x-rays can have them taken at several locations locally.

After-Hours Access
Weekdays

After-hours access is reserved for urgent concerns only.
Weekends & Holidays
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Care during weekends and holidays is limited to urgent needs.
Overnight Coverage
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
During overnight hours, families should seek emergency care by calling 911 or visiting the nearest emergency department.
In-Home Visits
Same-day in-home visits are not guaranteed and depend on medical urgency and provider availability.
After-hours in-home visits may incur additional fees.
School-Year vs. Summer Scheduling
